Shelly Maurer’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions. This includes assisting clients with all aspects of real estate acquisitions and dispositions, including development, due diligence and financing. Shelly also represents both landlords and tenants with office and retail leases.
Shelly has also represented clients in a wide variety of business transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, business formation, business contracts and trademark registration.
Shelly believes that attention to detail and collaborative, but firm, negotiation skills are key to providing strong representation to her clients.
Shelly spent much of her life in Southern California before relocating to Texas in 2016. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Juris Doctor, with honors, from Pepperdine University School of Law. Shelly is licensed to practice in both California and Texas and is a licensed sales agent with the Texas Real Estate Commission.
Shelly and her husband have two sons. She enjoys working out, reading, and exploring North Texas in her spare time.
